Multi-Assets Collateral Rate
Multi-Assets Mode only supports USDT-M Futures. The supported collateral assets and their tiered collateral rates are listed below.
- Example: In Multi-Assets Mode for USDT-M Futures, assume you have total assets of 2 BTC, 3 ETH, and 1,000 USDT.
- The BTC Index Price is 60,000 USDT and the ETH Index Price is 1,900 USDT.
- The Tier 1 and Tier 2 collateral rates for BTC are 90% and 80%, respectively. The Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 collateral rates for ETH are 90%, 85%, and 80%, respectively.
- Total Asset Contribution = (1 BTC × 90% + 1 BTC × 80%) × 60,000 + (1 ETH × 90% + 1 ETH × 85% + 1 ETH × 80%) × 1,900 + 1,000 USDT = 107,845 USDT
Auto Repayment Rules for Multi-Assets Mode
The system will perform auto repayment in the following three situations:
- If a position is liquidated while there is an outstanding USDT liability, the system will convert collateral assets into USDT through the auto repayment mechanism to repay the liability.
- If the USDT liability reaches the Auto Repayment Threshold, the system will perform auto repayment to reduce position risk.
- If there are no open positions but liabilities remain and LTV > 0.995, the system will perform auto repayment to prevent insolvency.
No additional fees are charged for auto conversion. However, an Auto-Conversion Haircut Rate will be applied to the converted assets to mitigate liquidity risk.
Repayment Triggered by Liquidation or Reaching the Auto Repayment Threshold
Liability to Repay (USDT) = Current Liability − Auto Repayment Threshold × (1 − Auto Repayment Ratio)
Token Amount Deducted (BTC) = {Liability to Repay / (1 − Auto-Conversion Haircut Rate)} / Index Price
- Example: Assume the Auto Repayment Threshold is 1,000 USDT, the current liability is 1,500 USDT, the Auto Repayment Ratio is 5%, the account holds BTC worth 600 USDT, the BTC/USDT price is 60,000, and the Auto-Conversion Haircut Rate is 2.5%.
- Liability to Repay = 1,500 − 1,000 × (1 − 5%) = 550 USDT
- BTC Amount Deducted = {550 / (1 − 2.5%)} / 60,000 = 0.0094 BTC
- The remaining liability is 950 USDT, which is below the Auto Repayment Threshold.
Auto Repayment Triggered When LTV Reaches the Threshold
Token Amount Deducted = Liability × (1 − Auto-Conversion Haircut Rate)
- Example: Assume the user's LTV is 1, which is greater than 0.995.
- The USDT liability is 600 USDT.
- The account holds BTC worth 600 USDT.
- The Auto-Conversion Haircut Rate for BTC is 5%.
- The BTC/USDT price is 60,000.
- BTC Amount Deducted = {600 / (1 − 5%)} / 60,000 = 0.0105 BTC
- The LTV is now 0 < 0.995, and the account is safe.
